Nice links thanks Pre-diabetes is diagnosed when the amount of glucose in the bloodstream begins to rise and remain above normal, an indication that glucose is not being absorbed properly by cells.
Punjab Eggplant comes as a case of 12 packages in foil pouched servings. Store in a cabinet, heat in a microwave. The case of 12 is over $25 so it's free shipping. A package claims to be 2 servings, with 13g of carbs per serving. A full package with a little filler added makes a large meal. Add some frozen broccoli, some chopped fresh tomatoe, some diced up squash, some snap beans, a can of green peas, whatever vegetable you might be in the mood for. Even a little rice or noodles works as a filler, but be careful you don't load it up with too much carbs. Not a carb free meal, but the carbohydrates are pretty low.
I'm a writer and a poker player. I've written a couple of poker books and will probably be writing a couple more.
I live in Cushing, Oklahoma.
